Andy Field built our home to our own design with completion in May 1980 on the NSW coast. The house is of two-storey brick and tile construction and has been the family home for our four children. The house has been exposed to the coastal salt air environment and high winds and rain associated with off-shore storm systems over the years. Apart from minor repairs and maintenance the house has stood the test of time well and is currently enjoyed as a retirement home for my wife and I. and a place to visit for our adult children and their families. During construction Andy demonstrated integrity and attention to workmanship which have paid dividends over the years. Accordingly I have no hesitation in recommending Andy to any prospective client. My wife and I have been associated with Andy Field for just on 30 years. During this time, we have engaged Andy in several building projects. In the early 90's he constructed two architect designed villas, one with four bedrooms. Both were quite unique designs and proved to be a challenging project. Andy was up to the task and gave us exceptional personal service. Andy is a committed problem solver and delivers a first class finish to any task he undertakes. Our second major building contract with Andy was commenced shortly after the completion of the two villas. This time, a four bedroom architect designed house. It had an unusual roof design with skylights and much glass. Again, Andy met the challenge and delivered the standard of finish we expected.
